Italian law does not allow smoking in public areas. Please do not smoke even in hotel rooms and instead use balconies and outdoor spaces.
While maintaining the 4 star hotel quality standards, linen changes will take place in the spirit of environmental policy. If you prefer a change more frequently, do not hesitate to report it to our staff;
Towels will be as indicated in the bathroom and always according to your needs: if sharing our environmental policy, does not feel appropriate to change the towels every day, just hang them. They will instead be replaced if left on the floor.
