Classic and Elegant Ceremony

Aperitif in the reserved area, served in the garden with the Tirso's valley's beautiful view (weather permitting), consisting of:
Welcome cocktail with non-alcoholic and alcoholic aperitifs, seet/dry sparkling wine , chips, pretzels and apetizer;

Dining room, fitted and decorated according to the celebrated's demands and desires , with menus served at the table consists of:

  • Appetizers
    • Beef carpaccio au gratin with pecorino cheese
    • Baked ham rolls
    • Octopus pie with potatoes and balsamic vinegar
    • Mussels & Clams Soup
  • First Course
    • Caserecce with artichoke hearts and Scampi
    • Culurgionis ogliastrini with rosemary
  • Second Course
    • Grilled Fish: Swordfish steak, prawns and cuttlefish with Pinzimonio
    • Sorbet
    • Grilled Meat: Roast Pork, sausage, spear ribs and baked potato
  • Cake chosen by celebrated with wishes, accompanied by sweet/dry sparkling wine flutes
  • Natural mineral and sparkling water, bottled house wine
  • Coffee served at the bar
  • Lemoncello, Mirto e  Filu e Ferru;

The evening will be accompanied by background music during dinner, and followed by songs and group dances to finish in style.

Dry / sweet sparkling, fruity and alcoholic coktails, bottled water, pretzels, chips and apetizer;

Dining room, fitted and decorated according to the celebrated's demands and desires , with menus served at the table consists of:

  • Appetizers
    • Marinated salmon with three pepper, seafood salad, gratinated mussels, marinated sardines, salad with shrimps, pineapple and chick peas, raw ham and melon; Mustella accompanied by a flavored soft cheese cream, Barigadu's flavored cheeses composition accompanied by jam and walnuts , bresaola rolls with ricotta cheese flavored with chives, our local sausage and olives;
  • First Course
    • pasta with Lobster;
    • Culurgionis with wildboar sauce;
  • Second Course:
    • Grilled Fish, consisting of steak tuna and swordfish, prawns, cuttlefish
    • Fresh seasonal vegetables
    • Sorbet
    • Grilled Meat, consisting of Sardinian pork and sausage with roasted potatoes.
  • Happy Anniversary Cake with sparkling wine flutes;
